Become a part of our team with our seasonal internship opportunity to learn all about being a wedding planner. If selected for any of our seasonal positions, you’ll receive access to an overflowing amount of knowledge and skills in learning what it takes to coordinate, design, and on-site work for any type of event. This position will give you plenty of opportunities to stretch and challenge your abilities as you complete a wide variety of tasks and projects. Each of the seasonal positions will include working on one full-styled shoot, mini-styled shoot sessions, and a handful of weddings and events.
IDEAL CANDIDATES SKILLS
Confident and respectful communication skills
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a short amount of time
Calm nature during potentially stressful situations while at on-site events
Ability to work well with others in order to get jobs finished quickly and efficiently
Can take lead over certain jobs without needing supervision
Strong time management skills - must be able to manage own schedule in order to complete assignments in between current schedule
Availability to work weekends
Hands On Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with client projects assigned by Jules as well as branded projects
Assist with any on-site weddings and events including seasonal projects
Reaching out to prospecting vendors for quotes and other requests
Assist with logistical planning and client research
Help with market research and coordinating the details for the upcoming editorial photoshoots
Assist with website blog posts that also get transmitted throughout all media outlets.
Be responsible for lead management and follow-ups for potential clients
Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns and promotions
Help create editorial calendars to promote the brand on various social media sites
Be responsible for capturing all on-site behind the scenes content to use for marketing purposes
The interns will be given weekly tasks that can either be handled on their own or will assist when needed
Any on-site events will include Jules’ supervision but will eventually lead to more of a leadership role to handle tasks on their own. All training will be provided beforehand by Jules as well
